Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe comes from a mixed-race family from South London in England. She is English but her father was Nigerian. She was born in the south London council estate, and when she was 14she enrolled in The Brit School. In London, she studied at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in which her acting diploma was obtained. During her time at the academy, she appeared in numerous stage productions, including King Henry V playing Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started her career as an actor with the film Storm Damage. Since then, she's been making guest appearances in films like Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe made her debut motion picture role in the Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. In the wake of that film's success she was cast as Elisha in the single-episode BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN, and appeared in the six episodes of Trexx as well as Flipside in the role of Ollie. In 2008, she was cast as Bambi who was the leading character in ITV2's show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was a star in 2008's comedy How to Alienate and Lose Friends. Her theatre credits are Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams as well as Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe's US debut was in 2009 with The dramatic The Beautiful Life. The series aired only two episodes before being ended on The CW. In February, she was cast 2011 in the role of Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama Revenge. Madekwe's exit from the series was announced in May 2013. After a period of two years as the main character she was a guest in the first episode of season 3. The actress portrayed Tituba in the TV show Salem from 2014 to the year 2016. In June 2012, Madekwe was married to her long-time love, actor Iddo Goldberg. Both of them have been in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They also played as a couple in Salem.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress who was raised in a big family. She was born to Roy and Patty Leggat. Four of her older brothers were also in the family including twins Todd and Bram, Brett & Rob. Ashley's siblings, who are all athletes, play in the summer months and play hockey during winter. Ashley was never a walker, she danced, so when she was just two years old, she took up Baby Ballet -and she fell in love. Ashley was captivated by dance when she was just a few years old. Ashley continued to perform competitively until her high-school graduation with top divisions like tap, Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Acrobatics, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, and more. She won the top individualist in all the most prestigious dance competitions like, International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 5-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, and Dance, Dance, Dance among others.
