Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart

Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who performed a variety of characters in films, TV and in the theatre. Her work was recognized with numerous awards, including the Daytime Emmy Award as well as the National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor. She passed away on the 11th of August, 2022. Her debut role was that of twins Vicky Hudson & Marley Love in the soap opera Another World from 1987-1991. The show won her the Daytime Emmy Award & two Soap Opera Digest Awards. Later in the 90s, she became more prominent with the role in the film Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney, September 6th 1953. She is an American actress. She is well known for her character as Lieutenant Sheba in the popular television show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). She is the daughter of actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart began her acting career at a young age. The first time she appeared on screen was in the age of four when she appeared on T is for Tumbleweed. This short subject film was nominated for an academy award. She spent time with her mother around the film set, where she learned about the inner workings of the industry. Lockhart played in numerous episodes of Lassie. Dora in Jory, 1972 was the first film she appeared in by Lockhart. The Sixth Sense starred her as Joan Crawford's Joan Crawford daughter at age 18. This was her last role as an actor. Anne has been reported to have rejected Laurie Strode (John Carpenter's 1978 Halloween horror) as well as Jaime Lee Curtis took the role. Carpenter says that the actress turned down his offer to portray Laurie Strode. Anne isn't sure if she remembers John Carpenter contacting her or offer the part. Perhaps one of her representatives turned down the job for her, but without notifying the actress. Her initial choice was made to play the role by Glen Larson who sent her an extremely preliminary script to play a role in the 1978 series on television Battlestar Galactica. She initially refused the part since the character wasn't powerful. Glen was later able to write a character for her which starred the strong character Sheba. The Living Legend was accepted after she read the first 25 page script. The show lasted for just one season. She was in Joyride, a 1977 movie with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) and with Robert Carradine. In 1987 she appeared in a co-production with Michael Moriarty and The Dark Tower.
